James McCallum

I started Triathlon in 2017 and it certainly was not a warm welcome to the sport for me as I ended up getting pulled out the water in the 100m of the swim due to a panic attack and complete lack of preparation. This was a blessing in disguise for me as it lit a fire in me as I never wanted to feel that feeling of disappointment again. I have always loved challenges and I think that is what has got me hooked on this sport as what is more challenging than trying to be good at three disciplines. I really enjoy that there is always so much to learn in the sport and one never feels complacent. I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead and am so happy to be apart of the Maurten team as I believe they are truly the pinnacle of sport nutrition.
