WINNER : BOSTON Worknesh Degefa (02:23:31) On a Marathon Monday in Boston, Worknesh Degefa won her first major marathon title. The 28-year-old Ethiopian broke away from the pack, early in the race and finished in 2:23:31, 42 seconds ahead of the runner-up.
WINNER : TOKYO 2019 Burhany Legese (02:04:48) The cold and rainy conditions in Tokyo didn’t stop 24-year-old Birhanu Legese from claiming his first major marathon title. The Ethiopian clocked the second-best time in the history of the course with 02:04:48. Burhany Legese is a member of the NN Running Team.
WINNER : NEW YORK 2018 : Mary Keitany (02:22:48) Mary Keitany won the women’s marathon with the finishing time 02:22:48. Keitany ran the second half faster than any women ever – only seconds away from the course record. This was her fourth victory on the streets of New York.
WINNER : CHICAGO 2018 : Mo Farah (02:05:11) Mo Farah took his very first marathon victory in Chicago as he won in 02:05:11. It was only his third marathon. The British four-time Olympic track champion rushed to the lead in the last few kilometres and smashed the European marathon record.

WINNER: LONDON 2018 Eliud Kipchoge (02:04:17) Eliud Kipchoge, one of the world’s fastest men claimed his victory in London. This is his third time winning the title and he’s now historic. The elite men’s champion crossed the finish line wearing his iconic smile. Eliud Kipchoge is a member of the NN Running Team.
WINNER: LONDON 2018 Vivian Cheruiyot (02:18:31) Vivian Cheruiyot took the top spot in London. The 34 year old Kenyan defeated the pre-race favourites and became the fourth fastest woman of all times.
WINNER: BOSTON 2018 Desiree Linden (02:39:53) Desiree Linden became the first American woman to win the Boston Marathon in 33 years. She used Maurten Drink Mix throughout the race. Boston win was Linden’s first major marathon victory.
WINNER: TOKYO 2018 Dickson Chumba (02:05:30) Dickson Chumba clocked in at the second fastest time ever in the Japanese capital. The Kenyan won the race in 2014 and he has been one among the top contenders since, finishing third three years in a row.
WINNER: NYC 2017 Geoffrey Kamworor (02:10:53) Geoffrey Kamworor managed to hold off Wilson Kipsang in NYC Marathon and won his first major marathon title in 2:10:53. Wilson Kipsang crossed the finish line 3 seconds after his countryman after an impressive finishing sprint.
